Shipping is free on every order within the United States. There is no minimum spend and no handling surcharge. Sales tax is calculated at checkout according to your state.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday to Friday, are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Transit takes a further 3–5 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–7 business days.
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective items in new, unused condition and original sealed packaging, and we accept exchanges. Returns are by mail with a free printable label, there is no restocking fee, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 days of us receiving the item.
Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. You can also look an order up any time on our Track your order page using your order number and the email you checked out with.
Not at the moment. We ship within the United States only, which is why every delivery estimate on the site is a domestic one.
Yes. Checkout runs on Shopify over an encrypted connection and we never see or store your full card number. Pay by major card or by the wallets shown at checkout.
